1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items cannot be returned unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at shop@artflanklet.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our support team will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  • Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping fees, except for defective or incorrect items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Glamoraily is not responsible for lost packages during return transit.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Defective or Damaged Items
